Exciting news! There’s a new framework to support whole-school wellbeing and safety coming soon. When released, the topic modules will all be aligned to the new framework. We’ll keep you up to date and you can also sign up to the Student Wellbeing Hub newsletter.

Professional learning module

Research shows that teaching practices promoting inclusiveness and key cognitive skills can improve resilience and limit vulnerabilities for violence, risk-taking and other anti-social behaviours amongst school students.

This free self-paced professional learning module:

  • provides evidence-based teaching practices that will help you create a positive classroom climate.
  • outlines strategies to strengthen your teacher/student relationships
  • gives you a range of tools, techniques and links that support the development of student resilience and inclusiveness in your classroom.

Once completed, you will receive a certificate aligned to the National Safe Schools Framework and the AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers.
