Your sense of wellbeing comes from feeling safe, respected and valued by others in the school community. You have a part to play in accepting diversity and developing positive relationships with your peers and teachers.
School can be demanding and it’s important to learn how to understand your feelings and emotions and to know when to seek help. Keeping physically and mentally fit will help you bounce back when things get difficult.
Safety is an important factor in maintaining an effective learning environment. A key component of this is learning the skills to operate safely in the digital world. You also need to know how to respond to influences from the wider world involving peer group pressures and alcohol and other drugs.
